Welcome to LVpilates
All classes are small, usually with a maximum of 12 participants so everyone receives the attention they require. Every client must complete a health questionnaire before participating to check for any injuries or health complications to ensure safe practise. Different options are offered for each exercise to suit the range of abilities in the class. Equipment can be used either to add intensity to an exercise or increase body awareness and aid correct alignment.
One to one sessions are available and can be tailored to suit an individual’s needs and lifestyle. This is an opportunity to examine your current exercise regime and set personal attainable goals. This could be aimed at challenging you further, rehabilitation from an injury or training for a particular event or sport.
